THE CORE TEAM
Is God calling you? We need some faith filled teens and adults to share their time and passion for the Lord with others. You don't have to be a scholar to be a core member. As long as you have a heart for Jesus and our young people, you are qualified! Core members serve as small group leaders in one of our three ministries (Fusion, High School and College). In addition, core members are invited to help us plan programming and events. It is a lot of fun and very rewarding. Christ works on our hearts as we work with the young Church.
FUSION Core Team (6-8)- Youth and core team members gather on Wednesday nights during the school year. 6th and 7th graders meet from 5:30-7:00Pm and 8th graders meet from 7:30-9:00PM. At this important stage in their lives, core team members play a vital role in their social, emotional and cognitive development while leading them closer to Christ. Core team members cultivate small group communities (using given activities and games) and facilitate life and faith conversations around the given topic at youth night. Core team members also have the opportunity to contribute to large group activities and prayer experiences.

HIGH SCHOOL Core Team (9-12)- Teens and core team members meet on Sunday nights following the 5:00 Mass during the school year. Our high school youth are divided into Households (smaller groups). Core team members help the youth create a culture of family in their households. In this community, core team members help the teens have conversations about faith using the given topic at youth night. Core team members are also invited to participate in the presentations and other aspects of high school youth night.

Do you want to help but not as a core member? We also need help with meals, snacks, and other areas of organization behind the scenes.
Fusion Snack Team Member: We provide snacks at all of our fusion youth nights and events. This team assists with shopping, preparing and serving snacks. Snacks are a great way for the youth to sit with eachother and have conversation. The hospitality provided by this team directly impacts our ministry's goal of BELONG (first step to discipleship in Christ).
High School Youth night Meal Team Member: We provide dinner after the 5:00pm Mass on Sunday's so that youth attending youth night have a meal together at the beginning of the night. Team members assist with ordering catered meals, picking up meals, and serving the youth. This meal is an amazing opportunity for the youth to gather and have good conversations about life. Hospitality provided by this team directly impacts our goal of BELONG (first step to discipleship in Christ).
